The companies GTC AD Skopje, Sileks AD Kratovo, ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola, Pelisterka AD Skopje, Zito Karaorman AD Kicevo, International Hotels AD Skopje, DS Smith AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, are hereby issued a measure of public warning via the MSE website for failure to publish the audited financial statements for 2024 together with the annual report for 2024, adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company within the time limit prescribed by the Listing Rules, thereby failing to act in accordance with Article 40(1) of the Listing Rules.
