The companies Sileks AD Kratovo and Pelisterka AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, are hereby issued a measure of public warning via the MSE website for failing to publish complete materials for the shareholders’ meeting within two days of the convening of the shareholders' meeting, whereby the issuers failed to act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Listing Rules.
