At the meeting held on 14.07.2025, the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange decided to delist convertible bonds from the first issue of the issuer Central Cooperative Bank AD Skopje, with trading code CKBKO, listed on the Official Market of the subsegment Stock Exchange Quotation of Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, due to full redemption of the issue based on a decision of the shareholders’ meeting. The convertible bonds of the first issue of the issuer Central Cooperative Bank AD Skopje will be delisted starting from 15.07.2025.
