According to the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 13.10.2011:

-885 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 420,00 per share, through 1 transactions;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 13.10.2011 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

-Tehnometal-Vardar AD Skopje – 69 ordinary shares.
-Toplifikacija AD Skopje – 68 ordinary shares.
-Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep – 110 ordinary shares.
