According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.04.2007: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 5 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 17.780 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.04.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 175 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 5 ordinary shares, - Ohis AD Skopje- 125 ordinary shares, - VV Tikves AD Skopje - 39 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 476 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 21 ordinary shares.
