According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.02.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 43 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 1 transaction;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 43 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.02.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 1.235 ordinary shares,
- Makstil AD Skopje - 454 ordinary shares,
- Vitaminka AD Prilep - 64 ordinary shares,
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares.
