Non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 12.02.2007

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.02.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: -Alkaloid AD Skopje- 82.784 ordinary shares, -Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje - 17 ordinary shares, -Beton AD Skopje - 15 ordinary shares, -OHIS AD Skopje - 60 ordinary shares.
