Central Securities Depositary AD Skopje informed the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje about the request of Metalec AD Prilep for preceding the corporate action stock split. The MSE was informed by CSD that on a regular shareholders meeting of Metalec AD Prilep a decision was made for stock split, in a 1 for 12 split, a change in the face value of the shares from 51,13 EUR to 4,26 EUR and an increase in the number of shares outstanding from 25.997 to 311.964 shares. Because of these reasons, and for enforcing the corporate action, the CSD requested a temporary stop of trading with the shares of Metalec AD Prilep in the period between 17.12.2007 and 19.12.2007. Regarding the mentioned, the MSE will temporary stop the trading with the shares of Metalec AD Prilep with ticker METC, starting from 17.12.2007 (monday) until 19.12.2007 (Wednesday). The trading will be continued starting from 20.12.2007(Thursday).
