According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.12.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 758 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 4 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.12.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje – 448 ordinary shares, - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 56 ordinary shares, - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 148 preferred shares.
