According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies sold treasury shares on 12.10.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 8 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.780 per share, through 1 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.10.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: -Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 75 ordinary shares; -Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 11 preferred shares; -Ferspad AD Skopje - 9 ordinary shares.
