Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 12.01.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 300 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.000 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 3 ordinary shares; - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 104 ordinary shares.
