Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: 
      - 90 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 2 transactions;
- 14 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.902 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 66 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 1 transaction;


According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 11.02.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 96 ordinary shares,
- Beton AD Skopje - 16 ordinary shares,
- Granit AD Skopje - 331 ordinary shares.
