Changes in the ownership structure of Jugotutun AD Sveti Nikole

On 11.02.2004 and 12.02.2004 two block trades with 9.643 ordinary shares (47,61% of the total number of shares) of Jugotutun AD Sveti Nikole were executed. The buyers were: - Raka trejd DOO, Sidska 2a Skopje - 5.012 ordinary shares (24,75% of the total number of shares) and - Busiko DOOEL, Partizanski odredi 117/2 Skopje - 4.631 ordinary shares (22,86% of the total number of shares).
