According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 11.11.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 5 ordinary shares, as follows: - 19 shares for the price of MKD 1.865 per share, through 2 transactions; - 85 shares for the price of MKD 1.869 per share, through 3 transactions; - 37 shares for the price of MKD 1.870 per share, through 1 transaction; - 14 shares for the price of MKD 1.880 per share, through 1 transaction; - 345 shares for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 16 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 11.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Blagoj Gjorev AD Veles - 5.000 ordinary shares; - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 3 ordinary shares; - OHIS AD Skopje - 3 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares.
