Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 10.10.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 10.10.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 6 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.953 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 10.10.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Evropa AD Skopje - 152 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 27.036 ordinary shares.
