Tetovska banka does not accept the offer for buyout of voting shares by Teteks AD Tetovo

According to the Law on takeovers, Macedonian Stock Exchange has recieved an Opinion of the Board of Tetovska banka AD Tetovo, with reference to the offer for buyout of voting shares issued by the Bank announced by Teteks AD Tetovo, saying that the offer is not accepted.
