According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 057.09.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 115 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.953 per share, through 1 transaction, According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.09.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 27 ordinary shares.
