Delisting of shares issued by Beton AD Stip

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 11.07.2019 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Beton AD Stip from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to an opened bankruptcy procedure.

Shares issued by Beton AD Stip will be delisted from the Official Market (subsegment Mandatory listing) starting from 12.07.2019 (Friday).
