Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 10.05.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 10.05.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 234 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 42 per share, through 1 transaction; -Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 187 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.531 per share, through 2 transactions and 113 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.511 per share, through 1 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 10.05.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 147 ordinary shares.
