According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 10.03.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 33 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.991 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 27 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.990 per share, through 1 transaction;

- 33 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.991 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 27 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.990 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 10.03.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Teteks AD Tetovo - 7 ordinary shares,
- TTK banka AD Skopje - 2 ordinary shares.
