Non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 10.02.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

-Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep- 143 ordinary shares; 
-Alkaloid AD Skopje- 112 ordinary shares; 
-Komercijalna banka AD Skopje- 8 preference shares;
