Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 10.12.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 10.12.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 92 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.801 per share, through 2 transactions; - 56 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.800 per share, through 2 transactions; - 2 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.600 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 10.12.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 256 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 21 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 174 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD skopje - 5 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 473 ordinary shares.
