According to the Security Exchange Commission’s Decision No.08-3537/1 dated November 26, 2007, the CEO of Macedonian Stock Exchange brought a Decision No. 02-2780/1 dated December 07, 2007, for permanent excluding of MAK Broker AD Skopje from membership in the MSE. With permanent excluding from membership, MAK Broker AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards MAK Broker AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of MAK Broker towards MSE stay current.
