Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 08.12.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 08.12.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 2.000 odinary shares for the price of MKD 150 per share, through 12 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 08.12.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje- 25 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 580 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 516 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 26 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 213 ordinary shares.
