We inform you that on January 11th 2024, a decision was made to include the issuer Edinstvo AD Strumica on the "Watch List" that is published on the website of the Stock Exchange, in accordance with Article 61-a of the Listing Rules.

The inclusion of the company Edinstvo AD Strumica on the "Watch List" is aimed at drawing the attention of the investors public due to a published decision of the Company's Shareholders Assembly for transformation of Edinsto AD Strumica from a joint stock company into a limited liability company.
