Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 10.01.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 10.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 1.195 ordinary shares, as follows: - 696 shares for the price of MKD 2.000 per share, through 3 transactions; - 499 shares for the price of MKD 2.009 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 10.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 69 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 696 ordinary shares.
