Makpetrol AD Skopje informs that the Chancery of the Republic of Macedonia has confirmed the verdict reached by the Primary Court Skopje 1 by which the Ministry of finance-Customs administration Skopje is obliged to compensate Makpetrol AD Skopje an amount of about 266.000.000 MKD because of ungrounded prolongation of paying the duties for commodities in 2001.
