Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 07.07.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.07.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 801 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 43 per share, through 4 transactions; - Teteks AD Tetovo bought 2.620 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makpetrol AD Skopje bought 14 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.200 per share, through 1 transaction, 5 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.400 per share, through 1 transaction and 17 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 27.500 per share, through 4 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.07.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 40 ordinary shares - Fakom AD Skopje- 10 ordinary shares, - Blagoj Gorev AD Veles - 603 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 498 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 61 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 39 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 6 preferred shares.
