In the proposed decision for adopting of the financial statements, the following amounts are suggested: 1. Total revenues MKD 14.924.451.080,00; 2. Total expenses MKD 14.777.759.287,00; 3. Gross profit MKD 146.691.793,00; 4. Profit tax MKD 15.140.079,00; 5. Net profit MKD 131.551.714,00. The following distribution of the net-profit is proposed: 1. Statutory reserves MKD 19.732.757,00; 2. Dividend on preferred shares owned by the State Pension Fund MKD 3.706.216,00; 3. Reserves for buy-back MKD 40.000.000,00; 4. Accumulated profit 68.112.741,00. The proposed decision does not contain proposed dividend on ordinary shares.
