According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you of the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 09.02.2005: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 253 ordinary shares, as follows: - 83 shares for the price of MKD 1.199 per share, through 1 transaction; - 170 shares for the price of MKD 1.200 per share, through 2 transactions. The following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 09.02.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje sold 18.448 ordinary shares, as follows: - 18.015 shares for the price of MKD 1.967 per share, through 1 transaction; - 433 shares for the price of MKD 2.010 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 09.02.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Mlaz AD Bogdanci - 98 ordinary shares.
