Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 07.12.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.12.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 108 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.800 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.12.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje - 259 ordinary shares, - Zito Vardar AD Veles - 88 ordinary shares.
