According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 06.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 1.409 ordinary shares, as follows: - 21 shares for the price of MKD 1.998 per share, through 1 transaction; - 1.388 shares for the price of MKD 1.999 per share, through 5 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 06.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 15 ordinary shares.
