Changes and Amendments to the Listing Rules

The Board of the Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 14.04.2011 reached a Decision for Changes and Amendments of the Listing Rules No. 02-651/1. On 27.05.2011 the Securities and Exchange Commission reached a Resolution No. UP 08-55 for Approval of the Decision, with which the validity of the Decision is effective from 30.06.2011.
