According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 30.06.2008:
Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 13 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 34.000 per share, through 2 transactions;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 40 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.449 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.06.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares,
- Makstil AD Skopje - 545 ordinary shares,
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 164 ordinary shares.
