Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 31.05.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 31.05.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 541 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 42 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 31.05.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Аlkaloid AD Skopje – 503 ordinary shares, - Blagoj Gorev AD Veles - 411 ordinary shares, - Fakom Ad Skopje - 81 ordinary shares.
