Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 31.01.2008: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.951 per share, through 5 transactions; - 30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.990 per share, through 1 transaction; Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought: - 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.499 per share, through 3 transactions; - 99 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.500 per share, through 6 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 31.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 51 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 667 ordinary shares, - TTK banka AD Skopje - 2 ordinary shares.
