ADG Mavrovo Skopje informs that a part of the shares that were reserved for sale according to the Privatization Law were transfered to the Privatization Agency, because the shareholders didn't pay the instalment in time. The Privatization Agency has announced the sale of these shares through a special government auction on 26.12.2003. The current ownership structure of the company is as follows: 180.098 shares (72,55 of the total number of shares) - shares already bought and shares reserved for buyout by shareholders; 37.237 shares (15,00% of total) - Pension Fund; 30.914 shares (12,45% of total) - Privatization Agency.
