According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 31.10.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 409 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transaction and 3.559 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 42 per share, through 20 transaction. - International Hotel AD Skopje bought 2.600 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 600 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 31.10.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 541 ordinary shares, - Tutunski Kombinat AD Prilep - 134 ordinary shares.
