OILCO KDA is Association Limited by Shares for Transport, established on January 18, 2007. Makpetrol A.D. is the founder and the biggest shareholder of this Company, with participation of thirty five percents in the capital value. The main activity of OILCO is transport and distribution of oil products. OILCO possesses its own depot located in the village Miladinovci near Skopje. It is constructed in compliance with all security and environmental friendly regulations related to stationing of vehicles that carry out transport of dangerous materials. The great number of the vehicles in the fleet, the high level of technical equipment of the vehicles, the fulfillment of all legal requirements, as well as the obtained Licenses for carrying out public transport of dangerous materials for the domestic and international traffic contribute for OILCO to establish its leader position in the Republic of Macedonia and outside its borders.
