According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.11.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 206 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 39 per share, through 1 transaction and 1.178 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 6 transactions. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 07.11.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 32 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.730 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.11.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - EMO AD Ohrid - 69 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 33 ordinary shares.
