Share buy-backs, sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies on 06.06.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 06.06.2005: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 1.478 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.301 per share, through 6 transactions; - Teteks AD Tetovo bought 1.620 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 1 transaction. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 06.06.2005: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje sold 5.000 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.950 per share, through 1 block trade. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 06.06.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 3.211 ordinary shares.
