According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you of the following: - On 05.10.2004 Skopski pazar AD Skopje executed buy-back of 20 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.700 per share, through one transaction; - On 06.10.2004 Alkaloid AD Skopje executed sale of 10.280 ordinary treasury shares, i.e. 0,79% of the total shares. The sale was executed through one block-trade, for the price of MKD 2.016 per share, with a total value of the transaction of MKD 20.724.480.
