According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 29.11.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 373 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 38 per share, through 2 transactions and 1.753 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 39 per share, through 9 transactions. - Replek AD Skopje bought 286 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 19.000 per share, through 1 block transaction. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 29.11.2005: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 100 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 5.200 per share, through 1 transaction. - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 508 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.670 per share, through 1 block transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 29.11.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 258 ordinary shares.
