According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you of the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.10.2004: - Granit AD Skopje purchased 1.068 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 90 per share, through 5 transactions. The following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 26.10.2004: - Teteks AD Tetovo sold 4.082 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 18 transactions; - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid, through a block-trade, sold 11.490 ordinary shares, i.e. 4,51% of the total shares, for the price of MKD 1.855 per share, with total value of the transaction of MKD 21.313.950. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.10.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Fabrika Karpos AD Skopje - 104 ordinary shares.
