According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 19.10.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 447 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 44 per share, through 3 transactions and 826 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 48 per share, through 5 transactions. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 19.10.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 50 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.900 per share, through 1 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.10.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 323 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 190 ordinary shares.
