According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.11.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 389 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 01.11.2005: - Invest banka banka AD Skopje sold 19 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.730 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.11.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 77 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 61 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 105 ordinary shares.
