According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 17.10.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 2.190 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 11 transactions; The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 17.10.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 64 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.780 per share, through 1 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 17.10.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Evropa AD Skopje - 5.378 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 25 ordinary shares, - Stopanska banka AD Bitola - 2.775 ordinary shares.
