Share buy-backs, sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies on 16.02.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.02.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 373 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 34 per share, through 2 transactions; The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 16.02.2006: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 20 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 6.205 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.02.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep- 20 ordinary shares.
