According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 15.12.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 1.104 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 5 transactions; The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 15.12.2005: - Teteks AD Tetovo sold 3.000 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 15.12.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 104 ordinary shares, - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 4.000 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 30 ordinary shares.
