According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 14.12.2005: - Fersped AD Skopje bought 137 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 45.000 per share, through 1 block trade; The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 14.12.2005: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 5 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 4.706 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 14.12.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Beton AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares, - Evropa AD Skopje- 2.100 ordinary shares.
